Currently, when entering foreign markets, entrepreneurs face various intellectual property (IP) related challenges, usually caused by the lack of awareness and knowledge of IP rights protection and enforcement procedures.
To facilitate the development of entrepreneurship, Guidelines on IP systems of the BRICS countries have been developed, with the business community as the main target audience.
These Guidelines will raise awareness on IP issues among businesses and other users of national IP systems.
